Designated as Royal sweet of Mysore. It was invented by Kakasura Madappa in the kitchens of Mysore Palace. The distinguishing characteristic of Mysore Pak is that it readily melts in your mouth and leaves a long lasting essence which means you could feel the sweet on your taste buds even when you are finished eating the sweets.
